A downloadable game
Crossroads is a NSFW visual novel - dating sim crossover made by SaltyCandyGames. This is our first game, but we have a number of other ideas in development, as well as frequent updates of Crossroads.
Features:
- Four potential love interests
- Five endings
- Multiple routes leading to each ending
Crossroads is intended to be an adult game for adults, i.e., it is not about schoolgirls and -boys, NPCs have normal adult emotions and thoughts and respond in psychologically plausible ways to what the player syas and does. Although some adulty scenes are easy to reach, most require careful choices. If you quickly end up with the bad ending, please try again!
Crossroads version 1.1 is a complete game. However, many improvements are planned for the future:
- More NPCs
- Better graphics with higher resolution
- More dynamic visuals

Hey! Im trying out your game, and before starting it up I noticed that you wrote on this page "Your comments to this first version of Crossroads are highly appreciated, and will be taken into account for updates." and so I figured I'll write down my thoughts while I play
Just for the very beginning there are 2 things that I wanted to observe (rather state my observation) here, and a question that I wanted to ask!
1. Is the game supposed to be silent? I have a feeling it is just considering what I paraphrased from you ^ there.
2. In that initial character name creation/gender ""choice"" - I can definitely understand wanting to have a small gag about not being able to go forth as a woman considering it would be a lot to expect that you'd done that when this is the first game for y'all and its only on version 1.1 - but having it boot back to menu is not a good feeling. Since I know Ren'py, I know I can fast forward back to that point fairly quickly, but my advice would be if you want to keep that joke in - rather than having it boot back to menu like that - it should just loop back to your character waking up. He could remark like "Oh god am I in a neverending loop? Last time i woke up as a girl and freaked out - thank god I'm a guy again now.... what was my name again??" or something of that nature.
Question: Is there a way I can contact y'all outside of leaving a comment here? I figure I'll probably take some pretty detailed notes so it would be nice to not clog up the comments section of your games page yk?

Thank you for taking the time to give me your comments! I'll answer your comments and suggestions point by point.
- Yes, for now the game is silent, but I hope that in the next update or the one after that it will have sound.
- Great idea to have the game loop back to the earlier point - not the menu - when the player opts for not being male. I will implement that.

Many people have difficulty reaching good endings in Crossroads.
Here are some general tips.
First you need to know that there is a scoring system on two dimensions: affect/respect and lust. The level of these for each girl depends on what you say and do. If the level of either is too low, you will not make progress with that girl. For most girls this is rather straightforward, but Evelyn is more complicated. If you are too obedient, you will loose her respect.
Second, certain combinations are not possible. For instance, you cannot please both Olivia and Ava, or Evelyn and Olivia.
Third, the default (if you play reasonably well) is Emma. So for some endings it is necessary to ruin your relationship with her.
Just a brief update. We are redrawing the NPCs for Crossroads. Further work is on the animated CGs. This will be published in version 1.2 of the game. In the meantime we have started work on version 2.0, which will be brought out under the title of Crossroads: Between Lust, Love and Languor. Here we will have more NPCs (including male ones), more storylines, and more animated CGs. Keep tuned!
